By accessing or using our website, services, automations, or communication systems (including SMS, email, and voice), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

02 • Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contractual agreements. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the business or individual you represent.

03 • Use of Services

You agree to use LeadResurrect in a lawful and responsible manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

Not uploading or transmitting harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Not using any purchased, scraped, or third-party lists that lack verifiable prior consent.

Ensuring the contacts you provide have opted in to receive communication from your business.

Not using the platform for prohibited verticals such as adult content, hate speech, controlled substances (where restricted), or deceptive financial schemes.

We reserve the right to suspend service if misuse, spam behavior, or non-compliant data sources are detected.

04 • Messaging & Communication Consent

When you submit information through our website, forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receiving automated messages from LeadResurrect. This may include:

SMS and MMS messages

Email notifications

Reminders and follow-ups

Service-related updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us at [email protected].

05 • Privacy & Data Handling

We treat your data and your customers’ data with care. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (e.g., carriers, communication platforms, or infrastructure providers).

06 • Client Responsibilities

Clients using LeadResurrect for outreach are solely responsible for:

The accuracy and validity of the contact lists they upload.

Ensuring their contacts provided prior express consent where required by law.

Complying with TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, and all carrier policies.

Reviewing and approving any message templates used for their campaigns.

LeadResurrect provides tools, not legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult their own compliance resources when needed.

07 • Service Availability

We aim for highly reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Outages may result from:

Carrier filtering

Platform maintenance

Third-party service interruptions

Network issues outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by these external factors.

08 • Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LeadResurrect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to the incident.

No warranties are made regarding specific results, conversions, or revenue generated.

09 • Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse, or behavior that jeopardizes carrier compliance.
